Every Jewniverse Crafts wood piece is made in my studio in Richmond, Virginia, so I take care to get each order right.

Personalized and custom items:
Items made with your name, date, text, or photo are final sale because they are made just for you and cannot be resold. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as you ordered it, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. I will replace it or refund you.

Standard items:
Returns are not accepted on non-personalized items, including apparel, mugs, totes, coasters, stickers, and stock wall art. If something arrives damaged or I sent the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. I will send a replacement or issue a refund.

Email chai@jewniversecrafts.com with your order number. I reply within 2 business days. Approved replacements ship within 5 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
