I made this hamsa for every Jewish American who loves this country with their whole heart.

It's the hand of protection, dressed in stars and stripes. Every element is laser-cut from basswood and hand-painted. The blue field, the red stripes, and the stars are each their own piece, layered on top of a basswood backer. The natural basswood border is the hamsa shape itself. The finished piece is 3/8 inch thick.

It comes in three sizes: 6 inch ($80), 8 inch ($100), and 10 inch ($125). The bigger the piece, the more cuts, the more paint, the more time. The price reflects that.

It ships ready to hang.

This piece is made by hand in my studio in Richmond, Virginia. I cut every piece on my laser. I paint every piece by hand. I assemble every layer myself. When it ships, it's been through my hands many times.
